FoxKey is a Dutch SaaS for centrally managing NUKI smart locks through the NUKI Web API. Manage all your locks in a single dashboard, give employees, cleaners or guests exactly the right access per lock and per day, and keep every action in one timeline. Your first lock is always free; every additional lock costs €5 per month.

FoxKey works with every NUKI smart lock reachable via the official NUKI Web API — including Smart Lock 2.0, 3.0, 3.0 Pro, 4.0 and Smart Lock Ultra, when connected through a Nuki Bridge or a Wi-Fi version. Connect FoxKey with a personal API token from web.nuki.io or via OAuth; your locks then appear automatically in your dashboard.

Your first lock is always free (Starter plan). Every additional lock costs €5 per month excluding 21% VAT — no setup fees, no platform fee, cancel any month. Example: 3 locks costs €10 per month (1 free + 2 × €5); 10 locks costs €45 per month.

Create a sub-user in FoxKey, link the relevant locks with the right permissions (unlock, lock, view logs, manage keypad codes), set a validity window with a start and end date and optionally specific weekdays. The guest signs in with their own email and password; outside the window their access stops working.

All data is hosted within the European Union. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, NUKI API tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses TLS. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not sell data. A current data processing agreement is available on request.

Yes. There is no annual contract and no notice period — you cancel by removing a lock or closing your account. You only pay for what you actively use, on monthly billing cycles.
